Entrada advertises amazing amenities and plans, but for the money it definitely isn't worth it.

The maintenance is terrible; when our apartment flooded (cheap washer) it took them hours to come in to bail it out.

They tore out all our carpet and it took them about three weeks to come back to put it back in even though they promised to have someone out that afternoon every time we called.

The office has no idea what's going on; the staff is composed of idiots who can't keep track of their own prices and policies.

I was utterly shocked at the incompetency of the people that work there; not only are they poorly informed about their own policies, they are incredible rude.

Every time I or any of my roommates call we get different information.

The furniture they provide is terrible; the desks hold practically nothing and their mattresses cause back damage.

The management is really nice until they actually get you to sign a lease, then they treat you like crap.

The parking lot is tiny and most of the time it is filled with cars that belong to non-residents; however, if you are a resident and you park even for a short period of time without a permit, they tow your car (true story, this happened to my roommate).

The residents party a lot; that's to be expected from a complex that is mostly undergrad, but the walls here are so thin that you can hear conversations clearly from parties happening four doors down.

The pool is tiny and twice I've seen insects the size of my hand floating around in it.

I am moving out as soon as possible; don't let them fool you into signing a lease.
