To begin, my long time girlfriend currently lives here and I have had to deal with her crying because the management has started yelling at her. My own car was broken into while parked in the green zone guest parking (Sept. '07) the very same night six other cars were trashed... Funny part is there were so many break ins that TPD actually called ME to let me know what had happened! Try getting that call after being sound asleep! The security staff is an overweight middle-aged guy who drives around occasionally in a car whose brakes you can hear across the entire complex and whose sole responsibility seems to be nodding at everyone he sees.

Management is rude and standoffish. (and I am aware that isn't really a word thank you) They will not assist with roommate issues, they lock the utility closet, and charge you $200.00 if you even want choose to change rooms. Once your lease is signed they treat you and your guests at best with mild neglect, at worst with outright hostility. Going back to the car break-ins this semester alone there have been about a dozen, TPD will verify this if you call and ask but Entrada Real denies it, blames tenants for recklessness and refuses to implement even a basic video system which would help tremendously...

Aside, the walls are paper thin and we have gotten to the point of being able to identify which apartment is having sex whether below, to the right or above based on how clearly we can tell what they are saying and doing. While I must make it clear I do not live here I write this because my current lease expires at the end of January and I am relying heavily on sites like this to assist me in finding a new home. I hate Entrada Real with a vigor and were it appropriate I would take on a few of the arguments my girlfriend has lost to the people running this complex. Be aware, be safe, and maybe check out the Sahara complex located DIRECTLY across the street with like an 80 some percent rating.
