The location is great and the apartment itself is spacious.

That is about it.

The management staff is flat out inept.

I needed to have my apartment re-let because I no longer needed the lease for another year.

It took the management the entire summer and multiple candidates to getting things straightened out.

I had to visit them on a weekly basis.

The manager is a little on the slow side, leaning towards incompetent and rude.

You will be charged multiple times for bills you pay on time.

Also, for checkout, keep a copy of you checkout form.

They WILL tell you that your apartment looks great, and then add extra charges once you return home.

Do yourself a favor and do not commit apartment suicide.

Pay the extra money to live somewhere else.

Also, do not attempt to contact their corporate offices.

They will be just as rude and eventually hang-up on you.

If you want your car broken into, and mold growing ou of your air conditioner intake, this is he place for you.

The Florence prison has better accomodations.
