I just moved into Entrada this year so I'm not sure if the moving out charges and policies are as bad as these people have reported. Thus far, all service requests that my roomates and I have posted have been taken care of in a timely manner and trust me, everything bad has happened in there (broken and leaking washer, leaking roof) but it usually got taken care of by the next business day. The management is nice, once all my roomates and I were out of town and we forgot to put something in the mail so the manager went in and grabbed it for us (I know that's not a BIG favor, but it's the little things that count, in my opinion). They give treats to you too, for the holidays, which is cute and nice to get something that you can usually only get in your parents house. About the negative maitenance post down there, I highly doubt they just came in and had that talk with the manager. I work for an apartment complex at home and every staff knows how imperative it is to have Permission to Enter before doing so. And they maitenance isn't creepy- the older one is a little grumpy, but the younger one is so nice and cool-- and I'm a girl so take that into account from the older post. The only thing negative I can think of is that our apartment was dirty when we moved in. Gross, but nothing a little elbow grease can't take care of. Also, the area is horrible, but I'm sure anyone can make that inferrence when they go to tour. It doesn't take an idiot to realize that Entrada isn't the Ritz, so you can't blame that on management.

I was the one who wrote the other post and I can provide paperwork to show the complaint that was filed with the apartment complex, as well as the University. Actually, I'm sure you could find it as well if you looked. I have no reason to make up a story so detailed, other than to warn individuals of the circumstances in which they are considering living in. I'm pretty sure that is what sites like these are for. To explain OUR OWN experiences with the staff/apartments.
