Entrada Real

 

I am currently living at Entrada and I cannot think of one reason you should even consider this place.

Safety' No.

My roommate's moped was stolen.

My other roommate's bike was stolen.

And my third roommate' He was almost shot by a drive-by shooting which occurred right outside the parking lot.

Oh, and the police have come at least twice a month to check on the apartment below mine.

And that's not cigar smoke you smell.

It's marijuana.

Nonstop, 24/7 pot smokers who are welcomed because they pay their rent.

After all, that's all the management wants.

Forget random roommates; if you don't know who you're living with, I would not trust the management to put you with someone that is compatible.

The management...I don't even know where to start.

It's all about the money.

They could care less about your health and well-being.

They could care less about you, period.

They'll lie to you.

I won't get into my details, but suffice it to say that they knowingly screwed me over.

And my room.

It feels like it's 100 degrees in here, no matter how hot or cold it is outside.

True, it's nice for the 2 week winter, but that's it.

Moral of the story, it may look nice from the outside, but unless you smoke pot, love to be harassed by the management, and love to see cops outside your door every other week, there's no reason to live here.

Not to mention the price.

Or the hobos who beg for money outside your door.

Or the solicitors who, though there is a sign telling them not to, continue to come to your door because management does not enforce it.

Come to think of it, the only rule management DOES enforce is the parking.

They will have your car towed at any hour of the day.

Yet they won't take care of their tenants.
