Not worth the money From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Lived in these apts for 1 year. Had to pay way too much in deposits, mostly NON-refundable admin fees. Gates were not operable for most of the year. The worst part was living in a 1st floor unit and being able to hear every single footstep from the upstairs neighbor. It sounded like they would come thru the ceiling at any time. Not well constructed, builder grade finishes and appliances. Watch what happens when you move out, all those deposits will be kept. Spent 3 days scrubbing the place down, and was charged for everything anyway.
