Foothills Apartments

So far things are marginal From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   One member of the staff is very welcoming at first, but two of the ladies have severe attitude. The apartment itself is nice, but our air conditioner needs to be "drained" often (it leaks onto the carpet) and our tub isn't level so it doesn't drain properly. The community itself is neat and newly painted. There are tons you college-aged residents who monopolize the pool/cabana area with loud music, smoking and drinking. Luckily, there is security who locks the pool area every night promptly at 10 p.m. Laundry facilites are not convienent to all of the apartments and the room doesn't seem to be air conditioned.
