i've been here about a year and have never had any problems with the management, maintenance or my neighbors. the few work orders i put in were completed quickly, the staff has always been friendly, and i love my neighbors. people here are very social, especially the dog owners; most of those who live here smile and say hello to me, and i've met some great people while hanging out by the pool/spa. i had a roomate issue and the management was very understanding and helpful and gave me options so i wouldnt have to break my lease. overall, this is a wonderful place to live. its close to some awesome restaraunts too! you should consider the foothills as a place to call home.

I lived in the Foothills in 1994 and really enjoyed my time there. I always told people it was like living on vacation. Loved the pool and the palm trees! I miss Tucson!!!!
