Fountain Village Apartments

Great apts! From: desperate2adopt Date posted: 5/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   The staff is very friendly, never had any problems with maintenance coming out in a timely manner.. (they even put in new appliances as needed) tons and tons of storage.. very nice price for the area etc.. haven't found better.. all utilites included.. townhomes have yards and some with w/d hookups they have fun community events from time to time.. oh and a new playground which the kids love (of course) Great swimming pools tho I wish they were heated :/ hehe. Only problem I've had is some flooding when it rains.. at times you have to wade thru a foot of water to get into the complex.. and a couple apartments have some flooding just outside the door, tho it never floods upto or in the door.
