We had so many problems with this complex! At first it was nice and dandy.Sure management was nice and friendly before you signed your lease. Give it a few months. But once our A/C started to leak in the hallway. It was a nightmare. Maintenance tried to fix it for atleast a month and everytime they did try they left a mess, which was left to me to clean up. It started leaking so bad all over the carpet in the hallway. I eventually got so pissed off I got ahold of Corporate. Once management found out, they got snobby with me. Which made me even more pissed off b/c why would you get mad at a resident who pays their rent for someone ---- hole in the wall. Anyhow, they have no security there, our license plate got stolen. There are always fights (either by the high school kids or the residents) and people smoking pot that I could smell from our dining room. Whenever I called management they'd show up 30mins after I called and the punks were already gone. If you're thinking about moving here DON'T! It's not worth your time and money. I really thought it would be nicer since it was close to the Air Force Base, but that didn't matter.

I'm surprised you got a 30 minute response for the neighbors smoking pot. That is a very short time frame for someone on call to show up in and I'm surprised they would even respond to a pot smoke complaint. For that you should call the police. Or take a bong hit and relax
