Mold Infested From: jasonlagee@gmail.com Date posted: 5/16/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Don't move here! The HVAC systems are infested with toxic mold and they refuse to fix it. That's if your lucky enough to get a unit with a functioning AC unit. The water coming out of the faucets is brown, the pool is usually closed down by the city, and if you complain about anything being broken they refuse to renew your lease when it the time comes to renew it.
