Fountain Village Apartments

Used to be a good place to live... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I've lived here over a year now. Although I thoroughly expect management problems anywhere, now that a new company took over, things are just ridiculous around here. They have cut down half the trees (which was one of the reasons I moved here since Tucson doesn't have enough trees as it is!), and many, many gang members are moving in now. As I write this, music has been blaring outside, rattling the windows of the entire complex and the people are smoking pot...yet management wants to do nothing about it. I see the police around here nearly every day now. The lovely paradise I felt I had moved in to is now becoming a war zone. If you value peace and quite, if you have small children, and if you want a comfortable place to live...look elsewhere. My lease is up next month and I'm outta here!
