If for some reason you're thinking of moving here, all I have to say is it is NOT worth it! I have not even lived here for a year, and I have a lot of complaints. Within the first couple months of living here, the water was shut of COMPLETELY at least 3 or 4 times. They only notified us ONCE. I live on the 3rd floor and can hear the people that live on the 2nd floor! I had to call the security company on them 4 times that I remember since they were very loud and it was well after midnight. On my friends birthday, her car was broken in to. They attemepted to steal the car, but luckily they only did minor damage. Another thing... right after they installed new toilets, mine was leaking water all over the floor. I went to the office to let them know that something was wrong, and they informed me that they would get to it as soon as they could, but that maintence was "backed up." They did not come to fix it for 3 days. In that time, I had to mop up water in my bathroom multiple times per day.
The apartment complex is under new management and I have heard that the rent is being raised. The price my roommate and I are paying was fair for the size of the apartment, which is the only nice thing, but it is not worth the price which is going up by almost $200 a month.
Look elsewhere!!
