Fountain Village Apartments

Very unsatisfactory apt conditions From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/10/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Just moved in recently and have numerous complaints about the move-in condition of my apt...First of all, the apt was not cleaned well and I ended up having to reclean the refrig, oven, cabinets, etc...There were numerous maintenance issues that should have been addressed before I moved in...Overall, the apt is very old and the wear and tear is very apparent (ie: badly scratched and chipped counter tops, cabinets that are so chipped that they should be left off and a tub that is horrendously patched so poorly it looks like my 2 yr old did the patch work!) I would think and hope that someone would do an inspection of the cleanliness of the apt and whether all maintenance issues were resolved BEFORE a resident moved in...It is disconcerting to know that I just left my old apt for the condition of this new one...Also, just had one of the worst ant invasions I've ever had on top of everything else!! I sure hope the new mgmt implements some improvements in these rundown apts as I am sure I will NOT be renewing my lease otherwise...
