Fountain Village Apartments

Nice Place to Live From: niteowl14@msn.com Date posted: 5/9/2008 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2008   I have lived at Fountain Village for about 5 years and seen many managers come and go. The one now is one of the best. The Office Staff is friendly and takes great concern with your problems and tries to solve them. The Office also cares about the community by having garage sales and donating the money to a newly opened women shelters. They recently innovated the outside as well as inside, all wanting to make this place an enjoyable place to live for their tenants. I have no complaints with the maintance crew, for they repaired whatever I needed within the day. The location is in a great place, walking distance from shopping centers and restaurants, and ulitiies are free which is nice in the Arizona summers. Having just renewed my lease, I will continue living here. A nice place to live.
