It's OK for the Money

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
I lived here for 3 years. The office staff was always friendly and helpful. The neighbors are scary, though, and the neighborhood is going downhill fast.
Over the three years I saw:
- a man with a gun
- all of my clothing stolen from the laundry room
- a car stolen
- more cops than I can count
If the tenants were classier I would have stayed. The apartments are CHEAP and include utilities.
The three years I was there I was never able to get a freezer that defrosted, nor was I able to plug in my computer or microwave. The power situation is horrible, power went out at least once a week.
