Fox Point is not what is used to be From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2004 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2004   I have lived at Fox Point for a long time and now, I must say that this complex is rundown. When I first moved here, the grounds and the buildings were in impeccable shape. Now, there is noise all the time and not once have I ever seen the courtesy patrol. I am beginning to wonder if they exist. My car and my friends' cars have been vandalized or hit in the last year. In fact, the parking lot is consistently a problem. I always have problems finding a parking space. And the new covered parking additions have taken away most of the free parking. Lastly, I must say that I have had several problems with the management staff. The manager is extremely rude and cold. The rest of the staff are either incompetent or unprofessional. I am very disappointed that this complex is becoming ghetto. It was once the best deal in town but now, I do not feel safe personally and none of my belongings are safe either. I cannot wait until the end of my lease.
