I lived there for over a year and it is a very creepy and shady place to have lived! There were many strange people roaming the surrounding streets and even though it is a gated community, anyone and everyone gets in,they wait and follow cars in (the gate is pointless).
My car was tampered with along with neighbors of mine. the office staff does nothing.
I was told by one of the workers of the corner store that they had been robbed 3 times in the last 6 months.

Also, Since it is such an old complex, things are falling apart and they have a big rat problem! They are not helpful with that either. It was disgusting to hear rat aboved the celing as i tried to sleep.
Managment is a whole other story! they are horrible and very mean. the manager will act like your friend and then trun on you.
When i was in college i lived at the college apartment Jefferson Commons and let me tell you , I hated it, but it was nothing compared to this place! i would live there over this place in a second! You could not pay me millons to live at Fox Point! Beware!!!
