The worst... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/1/2006 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy. The property was shabbily kept, the noise was unbearable and we lived on the upstairs!! Very creepy neighbors and constant people coming & going in the apartments next to mine, & I have children who sleep during the night and tend to sleep lightly. The neighborhood is crap, nothing but vandals & hoods. The mold problem we had along with the mice...uuggh!! Plus we went thru 3 different management teams...how is that for consistency.
