i'm a current resident at fox point, and have been here for 1 year. it's not too bad. the rent is average. all the utilities are paid, but the ac in many apartments doesn't work very well in the summer. the place is kept pretty clean, there is covered parking, and the complex is gated. there are two nice pools, gas grills, a tennis and basketball court, and a fitness room. the area is quiet on my side of the complex because it is mostly families. there are 2 things i do not like though. one thing is that i am not very fond of the head manager (kristy). she doesn't seem like she cares much for her residents, and can act quite rude as well. if you need to deal with anyone in the office, go through the leasing agents. the other problem is living off of campbell, the street can get VERY busy, and it can be hard to make a left hand turn druing many times of the day.
