Fox Point

 

I just recently moved out after a year lease.

Fox point advertises a gated community but its broken and stuck open more then its working.

They have a courtesy patrol but its just a couple who lives in the complex and walks around at night in normal clothing.

With all this awesome security my car was stolen out of the complex in the first 2 weeks! and the gate was broken for several days before it happened and the night it was taken.

The management did nothing.

I wrote complaint letters with no response.

My car wasn't the end, a friends car was broken into while he was visiting.

A Couple month later another Friends car was stolen.

HOW EMBARRASSING! With a year 3 cars hit and that was only my apartment.
They did several improvement projects.

One was re-doing the pool.

Jackhammers started at 6am! Another was a water project, they gave no notice at all and the water was turned off 3 mornings in a row when i was getting ready for work...

I was late all 3 days.

After that the water was on the rocks.
Fox Point also did a refer a friend promotion, if you refer someone and they said you told them about it you would get $100 off rent if they signed a 6 months $200 if they signed a 12 month.

I had some friends sign a 12 month lease (BIG MISTAKE!).

I signed a paper stating i was going to get $200 of next months rent.

So I turned in rent $200 short because of the discount.

Couple days later I get a letter in the mail telling me i was going to be evicted it the $200 wasn't paid in a couple days! I went in the office furious and they said they had no record of the discount and said the $200 would need to be turned in with a late fee!
Neighbors where a nightmare also.

The people above me had kids that would run around at all hours of the night.

The people right next door had a dog, I had to put in a complicate because it would not stop barking, and the urine smell that came out of their apartment was disgusting.
The office had a very high turn over rate I saw someone new almost every month.

They keep getting ruder and ruder.
Everything about this apartment complex is poor.

I would not recommend for anyone.
