Its a great deal price-wise, so of course you pay for that in other ways.

I never had any outright problems and it was much better than the place I lived before (Northpointe) however I will agree that parts of it are getting rundown and some of the craftmanship is poor.

Inside the complex always seemed to be quiet, even on weekends.

A few neighbors were a bit odd, but harmless.

Also, I felt it was very worth the while to spend the extra couple dollars a month on a reserved spot, parking was limited.

I would recommend it to anyone on a budget, however if you are looking for top quality, spend the money to go a little further up campbell to some newer complexes
