Fox Point

 

While I have lived at Fox Point for over six years, the managers and assistants changed several times.

Sadly, it just got worse and worse: meaner manager, less helpful assistant (although a couple of them were very friendly and dilligent, but in general...), less organized maintenance staff, less safe parking space, etc...

My car parked in the reserved parking lot ($10 additional fee) was trashed twice: Once before the gate was installed and the other after.

The manager at that time yelled at me when I reported, "it happens here all the time! what can you do' are you going to sleep in a car to protect it'"

I was a season ticket holder of UApresents a couple of years ago.

One of the ticket was stolen which I carelessly left on my desk in the living room, which I realized after the maintenance guy had a permission to enter to fix the A/C.

I saw a kid who was in my seat at the show, who says his "friend" gave him a free ticket! Guess who he was...

Since then, I never give a permission to enter when I make a work order for my apartment, meaning I have to be in the apartment whenever something needs repair.

The maintenance staff never, never, never show up at the appointment time.

Usually a couple of hours late.

I often have to rearrange an appointment for the following day.

The last time, my kitchen was not usable for three days long.

I like the location and general ammenities.

However, the staff here are very unprofessional and unbelievable rude and bossy.

I truely feel like I live in a prison when I talk to the manager, Christy.

I try not to have any contact with her if possible.

If she is trying to do least work by being rude (so no one talkes to her), she is very successful.
