I had signed my lease a month before my move in day and on move in day I was running late so at 3:30 I called the office to see what the latest time was that I could pick up my keys .they were like I have been trying to call you all day ( of course I had my home phone cut off by moving day .. but my cell was working and they said they did not have my cell number because their computer was down ) I was to be moving into a apt on the bottom floor and now they were telling me that my apt would not be ready for 3 more days because someone had messed up on the work order and had the carpets cleaned before they had the cabinets fixed ..so here i am with 3 kids in a moving truck that had to be back by tomorrow morning and all they will do is give me a upstairs apt or NOTHING. I have a disability and needed the downstairs. It's took me and my kids until 4 am to unload the truck and then i could not walk for days. and I had put in a change of address and had my phone turned on .... and had to redo them both .

I had to have a co-signer to rent the apt because I do not make 3 times the rent. nothing was said about that until after they did my credit check ( and then I had to pay for the co-signer 's credit check too ) it was my 3rd time resigning my lease when they office said that i had to have the co-signer sign again " which was not possible" and if I remember right they were not even going to let me stay and pay full price without a least and that would have left me less then a month to find a place to live ''' after going round and round with the office about it ..I called the main office and was told that It was their mistake and she could see no reason why I could not stay on ( my rent was never late and they had no complaints on me or my apt)

I could not count on my fingers and toes how many workers they had in and out of that office in my time there ..and there was only 2 people there that I believe was NOT RUDE.


I had a noise problem with the neighbors downstairs... and the office after a few times told me to call the police if they were bothering me..which i did more then a few times.. one time after that the guy came up to my door and was yelling ..I went to shut the door and he put his hand up to stop me ..I then called the police again and they made a report on it ( foxpoint never did anything with the neighbors .. they ended up moving out months after that )

the thing that did it for me was when they charged me for some damage they said my son did ..I could not prove that he didn't do it but they never proved that he did .. they just said pay for it or move and not having anywhere to go ..I paid .. but you can't live somewhere when you don't TRUST the people you rent from. there is a lot more i could say but i feel I have said enough .
