Fox Point is hands down the worst complex I've ever been in. The office staff seem nice but the are difficult to work with and say one thing and do another. The security here is not very effective. I've had noisy neighbors who play loud bass and I would call security three times a night to no avail. I've had to call the police instead now. The apartments themselves are very dirty. The seals around the doors aren't good and bugs get in. The a/c unit in my apartment went out, dripping water down my closet, all over my clothes and I had to sleep in the living room because of the mold and mildew that developed. The carpets forever seem dirty and the walls have been painted so many times that if you stick something to the wall it begins to pull out because of the numerous layers of paint. They've begin to paint the complex but don't be fooled! It's like wrapping crap in expensive wrapping paper! I do not recommend this place at all. And neither does my roommate.

I know how you feel , I currently live at Fox point Apartments. Management sucks and Security is a big joke. Cars are broken into 5 days a week. A bunch of tweekers that live there. After when my lease is up, I AM GONE !
