Not good for the neighborhood

While living at Georgetown I have noticed that most tenants are of incredibly low quality. The price is fairly low because of the neighborhood and so that attracts even worse tenants. The apartments themselves are hum drum. Nothing special and you get what you pay for. Noise travels very well through the walls when you are trying to sleep. Sounds also travel very well through the window. So you can easily hear the occasional gun shot or crack calls at 2 AM.
The kids in the complex are also a problem. Parents have no authority over there kids and they are constantly vandalizing the buildings and the fence is always broken. Last summer a group of teens were smashing car windows over at what is now Retro City Apartments. Horrible place to live. I would recommend that no one stay here. You will never feel safe.
