I've been here for 4 months now and everything is easy... Newly paved parking, very sociable Maintainance staff, & Helpful new office staff. Georgetown is an excellent enclosed neighborhood for children, though I haven't any children of my own I like hearing them play outside and the feeling it contributes to that of an actual community; the pool area has a "kiddy pool". Easy access to bus routes, both a Fry's & a Walmart Grocery shopping centers within short walking distance, & Utilities Included is a .
