pest control problems

Hacienda del Rio is already competing with significantly nicer apartment complexes within a 1 mile radius, so to then find that they have major pest control problems makes this complex simply not worth looking at. Multiple tenenats have voiced complaints re. roaches, and I have to agree. I find roaches in my apt more than once per week. Additionally, the office has been lackadaisical with providing definitive measures to resolve the problem. Regrettably this illuminates another downside of Hacienda del Rio: the office staff is incredibly unhelpful/unfriendly. They are clearly concerned exclusively with the bottom line and not with tennant satisfaction.
I would have to reccomend strongly that apartment hunters interested in this area of town look elsewhere. There are much nicer complexes on River Rd which appear to have far superior reputations.
