I think it was an overal good place to live. It is located in a nice area, close to almost everything,and did i mention it is next door to senior housing, so its not a high crime spot. I lived there for almost a yr and had no encounters with bugs, but i did live on the 2nd floor. Someone did egg my car twice for no reason. The people who worked there were quite annoying though. We never felt welcomed to go and see them for anything. They would always post notes on our door!! The appliances are old. Dishwasher doesnt work too well. might as well do them by hand. The sink disposal doesnt work. you have to pour detergent down it or it will start stinking up the whole place. They checked our appt only twice. and we had two cats and they never knew! They always replace the carpet and paint the walls before a new tenant. It was a pretty good price for that cute little place.
