Better Choices Available From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I moved in last spring, and have not been affected by any kind of vandalism (have only seen one instance of car vandalism). The office is not very helpful but the maintenence staff is very responsive (though not very skilled). There is a lot of dust from the Rillito Park, but parking is ok. You can certainly feel the age of the complex, but I have always felt safe.
