Too much money not enough accomodity!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   This was a horrible place to stay!! Way overpriced you can find something better! We were very unhappy after our 6 month lease was over. We read all the reviews from various people before, but thought that it didnt matter because some people would have bad experiences well we didn't see it coming and didnt expect it would happen to us!! It is a very beautiful landscaped complex, but not worth for the money paid. We ended up paying 10 extra for their office mistake and once our first month's rent came we asked about the 10 extra they said we couldn't change it because we had already signed the lease so they tricked us. $22 dollars for water!!'''... for water we didn't even use!! Their nice grass cost us 22 a month. Not fair! At the end they charged us almost $400 for replacing the carped, when it wasn't stained, only needed a professional shampooing, after we had already shampooed the carpet. They also charges us for replacing the vinyl, which was understandable but after they had made an inspection and said they were replacing the vinyl anyway for remodeling purposes and still charged us! The office staff is horrible, only the main manager was able to help us after going through her staff. Our neighbor upstairs got robbed after being there for over a year, and the office took over a week to replace her lock or do anything to make her feel safe. Also at one point even security asked me for my ID and proof of residense which is ridiculous! We are now living in a duplex, with 2 bedrooms and a big yard for over 100 less than we were paying here for a 1 bedroom, hardly any yard and one window with very thin walls! this was a horrible place consider looking elsewhere! plz!!
