Horrible Apartments!

Where to start? The parking situation is a joke. Even though each apartment is given 1 reserved, covered spot, the management hardly enforces this. And forget finding a close parking to your apartment. People will leave their cars that don't run in the non-covered spots (a violation of the lease, and yet despite complaining about this on several occasions, the management failed to do anything about it).
Don't bother calling about a maintenance issue. A water line once broke outside in a common area, so I called the office to let them know. 2 weeks later, they finally did something about. The manager was out there watching the plumbers make the repairs, so I told her how I called in about it 2 weeks before. She acted like she never heard about it, which doesn't surprise me. The office staff changes so often, it sometimes seems like it changes month to month. Plus, the people that they do hire don't seem to care about you or any issues you have.
All in all, a horrible apartment complex that is way over-priced.
