We have lived here for a few yrs here & in the beginning it was great but the killer summers! There are a few bad things that have happened To a few people. Spray painting on their vehicles & a little vandelism. They have two openings to an alley-way in the back & Dogs come in through there & people who don't belong here,people from the other complex who don't want their cars seen, park over here & walk through the holes in the fence. We've complained about it but nothing yet. The management keeps changing too. But the size for the money is good & they say they will have maintenance at your door withing 24 hrs during the week & that's true too. They're quick about getting someone out of your reserved space too. It's not bad as some places I've lived & heard about. They also have an exterminator every two weeks & if you request one they will bring him in. I guess maybe it's not that bad after all. They do pay for the heating & cooling at least they say they do. Our bill goes so far up & down that the electric company said leaving on a few more lights would not make it go from 35-60/month. they control your air so when you set the thermostat on 60 it will never actually get there. I had a baby here that was 2 wks old & it never got cooler than 80 we had to leave the house for 2 weeks everyday & then come back home at night. It was definately awful. Bring your fans!!! Other than that the management is nice, for the most part. The maintenence man is nice but he thinks he knows how to fix everything & he doesn't. He often has to come back twice but they do it within the 24 hrs! That's nice. I keep complaining about some of the lights for the walk-way to the mailbox, it seems like theire out every week. He never believes me. We have recently discovered a problem that has been causing my family to be very sick. It is something the management needs to take care of. Some of the walls are concrete made to look like brick & in the summer that can be quite a problem. The walls heat up early in the morning & don't cool down throughout the day. They say it's A/C but it's actually a single chiller unit that cools the entire complex of like 240 or so apartments. We always say maybe we'll stay here because we hate moving, then in the summer we regret it. It's too hot here. never getting colder than 80 in the summer, inside is too much. I guess living here's not too bad I've lived in worse!!!
