Our particular bldg. is extremely noisy. The walls are to thin, and residents believe they can play music as loud as they can with absolutely no regard for other residents. People stroll about through the complex all hours of the nite, talking and yelling. I would like to see the management enforce the "reserved parking" policy. We came home late one nite to find a car in our reserved spot and was very lucky we found the only available "open" spot in the complex. If an unauthorized person new they would get towed immediately they might not park....but they know won't under current policy.
