On Monday afternoon, after numerous complaints I assume, management finally decided to clean up the dog poop in at least one area of the complex. They also put the chains back on the pool gates and cleaned up some leaves in the spa. It remains to be seen if they remove the chains so the spas can be used during the posted hours or if they even plan to fix the spas. Not one notice has been posted about spa repairs (if they are in fact being repaired).

I haven't seen any evidence that the new management plans to run things the way the old management did:

Side gates locked and unlocked at the same times 7 days a week - you never know when they will be open or closed now

Picking up trash left outside dumpsters 7 days a week - not so under new management

Dog Poop picked up 7 days - maintenance has been walking through the complex for weeks picking up trash (on a sporadic basis) while ignoring the poop.

Grills kept clean 7 days - maintenance walks right by them now

Lawns kept lush and green - new management turned the sprinklers off - brown spots in many areas - hope for more rain.

Pool and spa chemicals checked daily

Pools and Spas kept free of debris 7 days and brushed on a regular basis

Spas fixed same day or within 2 days when broke - since new management took over they have been in a constant state of disrepair with no signs posted regarding the status of repairs - everytime you want to use a spa you have to wlk around the complex to see which one is working

Car port lights fixed promptly when they quit working - the area where the shooting took place is one of the worst lit.

Repair requests completed same day or next day and done right the first time - I've heard nothing but horror stories on this subject since new management took over

Maintenance personnel that dress for work and not in their Sunday Grundys

Security guards walking the complex every night - new management stopped security walk throughs.

Checks posted to the proper accounts

Tenants that leave trash and junk outside their apartments promptly written up

Broken screens promptly fixed

Entrance sign promptly fixed when vandalized - it says Rison Park now (one letter off Prison PArk)

Fountain in the front entrance turned on and lit at night.

Flower beds in the front kept nice and fresh.

In my opinion the former management were pricks with an attitude but fact is they didn't screw around when it came to taking care of what really counts.

Why are they painting the complex' What's next, huge "For Rent" signs, balloons and flags' P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
