New Staff is ruining this place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The apartments are nice and roomy on the new side of the complex. But... the new staff is not approachable, rude and uncooperative. Downright disgusting people and they just recently hired the MOST disgusting of them all. Don't even go into the office without a bodyguard (and a tape recorder). They just painted the whole complex (didn't need it) and the idiots painted it one shade above black. I guess they forgot we are in ARIZONA. The A/C runs twice as long inside now thanks to them making our homes SOLAR OVENS. The crime has gone up and the office could care less. You get ONE parking space, and everyone else that lives here takes up all of the very few 'guest' spaces. Don't even think of renting here - until the management changes.
