If I could rate this place as less than zero I would. The main problem is that the complex was built with bad water pipes in the walls that leak and break. You come home one day and your apartment has an inch of water all over the floor and half your stuff is ruined. This has happened to several people so far (at least one of them more than once). When I asked management why no one is ever informed of this problem, they said they have no responsibility to tell anyone anything. And if you would like out of your lease so you can move elsewhere you are out of luck (so you better hope you don't live in one of the apartments that floods more than once). Also, whenever maintenance has been in to do repairs, they have left my door unlocked and in one instance they left some of my stuff outside the apartment. Whenver I went to talk to the office people about the flood they were always clueless and they couldn't have cared less about the problem. They are extremely rude and condescending(especially the manager -she is horrible). I ended up being out of my apartment for a week - they let me stay in another apartment that was bug infested and next door to someone who constantly played thier tv at full volume. Of course, like someone else said, the noise level in these apartments is like living next to a frat house. Also, don't move here if you like the paint job on your vehicle, because someone will scratch it up for you (if they don't steal it altogether). Unfortunately these problems are just the tip of the iceberg. DON'T BOTHER MOVING HERE!
