I suggest not moving to the hilands! The parking is bad most of the time. There are constant water leaks in the buildings which cause your water to be turned off. Lights around the walk ways are always out. The barbecue grills are never serviced. Cars are always being broken into. The office staff are not very friendly. I had some property damaged
from a water leak in my apartment which was the offices fault. They did not pay for the damages instead refered me to purchase renters insurance' I also had two separate water leaks
in my ceiling that during the entire time i lived there did not get fully repaired. They had a grounds crew that constatly every morning ran a blower and other machinery outside my apartment window early in the morning around 6am which in turn woke my family up. I complained to the office staff and they did nothing.

They had to tell you to get renters insurance?? Thats pathetic you should have known to do so.
