I lived in two apartments at Hilands. Rent wasn't too bad, but I moved from one apartment to a smaller one to save on rent after a year. Their rent rates change throughout the year. The apartments are quiet and the complex is nice. Grass, trees, shrubs - all were well kept. A large heated pool (two pools, never went to the other one) with spa's. Occasionally the spa's or pool weren't heated, but not very often. A better-than average workout room for an apt. complex.

The bedrooms are situated by the parking lots with the rest of the apartments facing the interior gated area. The interior areas were quiet and peaceful, while the parking lots could be somewhat noisy when people drive by with loud exhaust. Otherwise not any traffic noise.

I had no problems with Hilands and would recomend them to others.
