I lived at the Hilands for 2 years. I had a mostly pleasant experience. I really enjoyed the location and the surroundings. The two pools and the fitness center were nice.

I lived in a 1 bedroom, which was small but comfortable. I had a really good deal upon move-in and received a good deal upon renewal.

The office staff was mostly nice and helpful. I had trouble with my A/C, and it took me about 5 tries to finally get it fixed correctly (the compressor had gone out). Maintenance would come and fix any problem I had fairly quickly (even the a/c fiasco).

The place was relatively quiet and I could sometimes hear the neighbors I shared a wall with (music and such).

Overall, I had a great experience and would rent there again.
