Years at this apartment: 1993 - 1993
 
I lived here from 1986-1988 when Hilands was new! I moved from CT w/my then military husband. The place was amazing then, sad to hear it has gone down hill due to "corporate ownership." Our experience was top notch, friendly, helpful bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
