Hilands management will ILLEGALLY enter your apartment when you are NOT there without an apointment or prior notice in violation of The Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act! It has happened to me twice, the second time while I was IN my apartment!

I have contacted the parent management company, Northland.com, regarding Hilands abusive management practices who refuses to address ANY issue. DON'T LIVE HERE!

I have also contacted Northland Investment Corpotation about HUGE issues! such as flooding and security and they have never responded to me. I HATE THIS PLACE!
