I lived in these apartments for 2 years. The walls are so thin that is sounds like there elephants living upstairs!

I moved out because the apartment is as large as a shoe box and they were charging me $453 a month. There was not even enough room to bring all my stuff. They re-piped the apartments which I no idea why. The water pressure and drips were worse after that was done! The workers were in my aparment for a week well after 6pm so I could not go home. They keft a huge mess that was never cleaned up. My mirror was off the wall in my bathroom for over a week after I asked twice to have it put back on!

I moved out and the apartments sent me a letter trying to charge me $85 for cleaning fees. I cleaned that apartment before I left better then it was cleaned when I moved in. They are charging me $50 for tin burner covers for the oven! They are extorting money from past residents because they charge to much for the apartments and can not rent out the 850 or so apartments that are there. They should try lowering the rent and maybe they could rent out the apartments.

Do not move here!!! They are not nice in the office and they give you a hard time about everything. I have dealt with the management and they are RUDE!!!
