Good place, 2 months in and loving it.

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
First of all, I must say that I may be slightly biased: my apartment is a corner on the third floor overlooking the Catalina foothills. However, it is a big step forward from my previous 'college apartment' settings in western tucson. I moved to Tucson from green bay, WI in August and I was without a good bearing on where to stay when I went to orientation at the University of Arizona (superb!). I went to the west side of tucson and I lived at Gateway @ Tucson apartments. After 4 different sets of potheads and -------s, I moved out of there (horrible management, NEVER live there!!!). I moved here solely based upon a five years of positive experience from a friend. He had nothing but good things to say about the place. The area and the apartments are meticulously maintained. If you are a clean person, move here, otherwise, this is not the place for you. I believe that the office has strict rules (such as $100 fine for payment-regardless of reason-not received by the first of the month) however, this leads to a cleaner community. The people who live here range from 0-85 with about equal dispersion through the chain. Surrouding area is well maintained and activities plentiful (mountains, theatres, malls, etc.). Tucson Medical Center is right down the road and is AZ's top hospital. Overall, if you have some sort of morals, discipline and respect for others, stay here and you wont regret it!
