See the three pictures that I put of when my apartment flooded. Highlands has a rep for flooding because the used cheap building materials. My neighbor had is apartment flood 4 times, each months apart!!!!! In the defence of Highlands, while I was living there they reinstalled **some** of the plumbing in every apartment. The new plumbing was supposed to be stronger than the previous but in only certian places were the plumbing changed, and they are not using copper. Whether or not there are still problems after, I don't know, I moved out. But take is as a caution.
