Lived there for 8 years and there is no security whatsoever. Lots of vandalism, armed robbery, car thefts. Gates left unlocked or broken. Walls are paper thin, very loud neighbors. You can hear everything they say or do. Lots of flooding, mildew. Cars constantly hitting the poles in the carports. Dog crap everywhere. The jets in the hot tub are extremely weak.

Why would you stay here 8 years if you hate it??? I've been here 7 months with no regrets or thievery. Gated apartments, just not gated cars (free carports) which is useless anyways-they just wait outside until someone else comes in. I signed up for another 14 months!

I moved out a few weeks ago. It was just the cheapest place in the Foothills but I have a much nicer place now.
