Horrible Management

I lived at Hilands for two years. 2 months after I moved out I got a phone call that I had a bill for $327 for carpet replacement and cleaning that had to be done after I moved out. When I spoke to the managment (assistant and manager) I was told the damage to the carpet was from an animal when I never once had an animal while living in the apartment. They would only agree to drop part of the charge for the carpet replacement and were both extremely rude and unfair. I'm now stuck with a bill for $120 dollars for sub floor cleaning from pet damage from a pet that I never had.
