I stumbled on this site. Seems only people who have something negative to say take the time to write something. There are always two sides to every story. As for me, I have lived here over a year now and am very happy. I have never seen the staff rude or impersonal....In fact, they have been very friendly when I come in and they even remember my dogs name and ask about her! I have had very few maintenance issues, and when I have, they have always responded promptly and the guys are very polite. When I first came here, from out of state and not knowing tucson, I asked about crime and the lady who showed me around told me get a sherrifs report of the area. I did and found this area about the same as other parts of Tucson. I like the location as I would not want to live right in the city with all that noice and foot traffic. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. I have an apartment with a view and it didnt even cost me extra. I would suggest checking it out for yourself and assume everyone has their own experiences...good or bad. As for me, I have been very happy living here.
