I have been living here for 8 months & it honestly isn't that bad. I got an apt on the 3rd floor so I would not hear my neighbors walking above me. I got lucky & have really quiet neighbors! I have also not had a problem with anyone touching my car, but then again I have an alarm. Most of the staff are plesant, but there are a couple of rude ones. The downsides are that it is pretty small even for 1 person. You can hear people walking around outside at 2am. I did have 1 cockroach when I moved in, but they will spray every fri if you ask them to. I have not had a problem with them since, but I think me neighbors are also clean. Oh yeah people not keeping their dog on a leash or not picking up after it. Over all it has been a pretty good experience for me. I have lived in serveral apartments & this one has given me the least trouble.
