I have been living here for about 8 months and it's been a very pleasant experience for me. The grounds are well kept and the pool is much larger than other apartment complexes. The walls are a little thin, but what apartment complex doesn't have that' My neighbors are respectful and don't make a lot of noise. The staff is very kind and whenever I put in a work order it is taken care of right away. Although it would be more convenient to have a washer/dryer in my apartment, the laundry room is very large and they have recently put in all new washers and dryers which work extremely well. I've ready many reports where people say their car has been broken into or stolen, but I have never had a problem with that. My only complaint would be the work out room is too small, as I enjoy working out I'd prefer something larger with more equipment. Overall, this is a great place to live and it is a great value for what you pay.

Oh, give me a break...this review HAS to have been written by the Property Manager! This is one of the WORST APARTMENT PROPERTIES in all of Tucson!!! Their rating has been sitting at 41% for over a year! Dangerous at night due to poor lighting, auto theft is bad here, many auto break-ins, unit break-ins, inconsistent maintenance, when you move out...Management gets you big time $$$$$. Apartments in Tucson are HURTING BADLY right now; this property has approx. 800 units and large properties have a problem leasing up even with low rental rates! Look at (4) other Tucson properties before you LEASE HERE...don't just look at the rent rate! Walk the property at night. I have over 20 yrs. of experience in the Apartment Industry, I know what I'm talking about. There are some GREAT DEALS in other really NICE apartments in Tucson right now...even in the foothills. Do your homework! I would rate this property a ZERO on all accouns, but that's just MY "opinion"...you DECIDE for yourself.

I don't understand why people think that positive anonymous reviews are automatically written by the management. I lived here for 9 months and never had a problem with my car being broken in to, nor did I ever have problems with management. I walked the complex at night before moving in and had the opportunity to talk with other residents who enjoyed living there. Unfortunately, it's rarely the people who have positive experiences who rate apartments. Every apartment is going to have its problems, there is no Eden Apartment Complex. But to say that any positive review is written by the management? That's just unfair.
